One space for each bookable room
Our booking tool focuses on directly bookable resources, therefore you need to create one space profile for each bookable room in your venue.
High quality pictures & descriptions for each space
Images are very important for our clients when choosing the perfect space. Make sure to upload minimum 3 good images for each bookable room that give a good idea of how the space works as a meeting room.
Standardized hourly and daily rates
We and our Bookers prefer to see prices before they book. Therefore we ask you to provide us at least with hourly and daily rates for each of your spaces. More dynamic yielding can be configured in your profiles for revenue optimization.
Zusatzleistungen
We expect all Providers to cater the basic meeting room supplies like Water, Tea & Coffee, and a screening device (projector or TV). Some Add-ons are considered standard and are automatically applied, others can be added on demand in your profile.
Calendar & Availability
You can decide to use our built-in calendar for your availability management or integrate into any third-party tool via automatic 2-way ICS calendar synch.
