Cancellation policy: Cancellation/rebooking of the rental contract up to the 29th day before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
If you withdraw from the rental contract from the 28th day before the beginning of the rental period, we charge € 50,-/room.
In case of withdrawal/rebooking of the rental contract from the 14th day before the beginning of the rental period we charge the full rent.
If a room or several rooms are rented for several days, a uniform tenancy exists, so that in the event of withdrawal/rebooking, the first day of the rental relationship is considered the start of the rental period.
All additional services like beamer, WLAN etc. can be cancelled free of charge until the beginning of the rental period.
In the event of cancellation on the day of rental, booked catering must be paid in full.

Submitting this form enters into a binding booking that will be paid to and invoiced by Spacebase GmbH. The booking is subject to provider confirming availability.
