Organising your event in Paris
The City of Light needs no introduction. Its beautiful architecture, world-renowned art galleries and relaxed cafe culture are famed across the world make it one of the hottest cities in the world for business and tourism. Paris enjoys a perfect location in the centre of Europe with an efficient public transport system as well as rail links to Western Europe, making it perfectly accessible from all over the continent.
A vibrant metropolis bubbling with history and culture, the French capital has an elegant romanticism that is certainly special. This atmosphere is embodied in many of the city’s spaces and venues to hire, for example beautiful 19th-century Haussmannian apartment buildings, stylish artist’s studios or bustling Parisian bistros. Paris is of course an international business hub as well, with over 2,500 corporate events being held in the city each year. Contrasting the neo-classical character of the inner-city is La Défense - the largest purpose-built business district in Europe - with a vast number of bookable meeting rooms and conference suites.
Away from the protected architecture and heritage sites that make up much of the inner arrondissements (Parisian districts), more and more exciting venues for events are appearing across the city, which offer room for creative projects, parties and studios. It is safe to say that there is no shortage of space in Paris and the city has amazing potential for a diverse array of events.
