Arrived at the venue which was booked via Space base ( Headspace in L… more Arrived at the venue which was booked via Space base ( Headspace in London) To be told we were not booked in. Myself and team had travelled from all areas of England to this venue for an important meeting. The girl at Head Space contacted yourselves but the lady who we had booked with was not available. I was able to show confirmation details to them but were told our booking had been cancelled by yourselves. They had no room but did offer an alternative room for us to use which was a fair distance away. I confirmed that as we had paid for lunch within the booking with yourselves that this would still be provided and was told yes. This was not the case, Head Space were unable to arrange lunch due to the change in venue due to the " cancellation" I then had to go out into not the cheapest area of London and get lunch for all of the team. I was told by Head Space that they use Space Base as a booking agent and this is not the first time there has been to put in bluntly a cock up. I am aware my colleague is speaking with yourselves to get a refund regarding this booking. Head Space gave us the second venue and teas and coffees free of charge.
