En geen koffie beschikbaar. Het is ingewikkeld telefonisch iemand te spreken om deze klachten mee te bespreken.

ik heb op de dag van de reservering gebeld om uitleg te krijgen over … more ik heb op de dag van de reservering gebeld om uitleg te krijgen over de locatie. is er een receptie waar je je moet melden of meld je je aan via een intercom. Niemand kon mij hier antwoord opgeven en ik zou terug gebeld worden. Helaas is dit niet gebeurd en moet ik nog steeds gebeld worden. Ik hoop dat er nog contact met mij wordt opgenomen. IK vind dit hele slechte service.
