Bis zu 45 Tage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung entstehen keine Kosten.
Bei einer Stornierung zwischen 44 und 8 Tagen fallen 50% der Raummiete sowie eine Handlingpauschale 10€ pro Person und Tag.
Bei einer Stornierung ab 7 Werktage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung ist der gesamte Betrag (Raummiete + Catering) fällig.
Bei mehrblöckigen Veranstaltungen gelten für jeden Block die Fristen bezogen auf den ersten Tag des jeweiligen Blocks.
Sollten weniger Teilnehmer als die gebuchten Personen teilnehmen, berechnen wir bei Änderungen von 7 Werktagen vor Veranstaltungs-/Blockbeginn dennoch den vollen Verpflegungspreis.
Sollte die Veranstaltung im Rahmen der vor Ort aktuell gesetzlichen Regelungen rund um "Corona" nicht legal durchgeführt werden dürfen, stellen wir keine Stornokosten in Rechnung.
Wir freuen uns und vertrauen darauf, Sie stattdessen zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt bei uns als unsere Gäste zu begrüßen.
