Very bad service, we were unable to access the screen, there was no h… more Very bad service, we were unable to access the screen, there was no help whatsoever and the person at the reception was rude and didn't put any effort in getting the right person to fix it. So it was complete waste to get a room with a screen. Also there was no bottle opener in the room to use any refreshments, so that another waste.
