I would book it again!
We liked the room we booked, but there were some problems. A day befo… more We liked the room we booked, but there were some problems. A day before we were going to use the room, I called the provider to confirm the number of participants and arrival time. Mrs. Hägele then told me she never received my booking, even though I received the booking confirmation of space base a few days earlier. Mrs. Hägele told me she couldn't use her space base account any more, and the room I booked through spacebase initially was already booked by another person. Again: I did receive a booking confirmation by space base. However, Mrs. Hägele was able to book another room for us and promised me that there would be air conditioning. (Which was the reason why we were booking an external meeting room.) Unfortunately, when we arrived we had to learn that the aircon didn't work, and nobody was able to fix it. All in all I think Spacebase has to work on their communication to the provider.
