Falls der Vermieter/ die Vermieterin im Fall des vorstehend genannten Rücktritts des Mieters das Mietobjekt im Zeitraum des Mietverhältnisses anderweitig vermietet, mindert sich die Miete um den Betrag, der mit der anderweitigen Vermietung erzielt worden ist. Die Stornierungsbetrag liegt dann bei 5% der vereinbarten Nutzungsgebühr.
Andernfalls wird grundsätzlich die vereinbarte Raummiete bei Stornierung berechnet.
