We recently rented this venue for an important event, but the experie… more We recently rented this venue for an important event, but the experience was incredibly disappointing due to the state of the place and the lack of professionalism from the management. Despite paying almost 500 euros, the venue was in a terrible condition when we arrived, and we received no response to the multiple emails we sent to the manager about these issues. Here’s what we encountered upon arrival: General Cleanliness: Empty beer cans were left in the fridge and on the counters, beer caps and broken glass were scattered on the floor, and all surfaces were sticky and visibly dirty. Kitchen Area: The coffee machine was unhygienic, with worms and old capsules inside. The sink was filthy, and the fridge contained rotten milk. Under the sink, there was a box filled with dirty, foul-smelling water that attracted flies. Bathroom: The mirror looked as though someone had spat on it, and both the sink and toilet were visibly unclean. Furniture: Chairs were in poor condition, many of them dirty and even had food remnants on them. Luckily, we arrived two hours early, which gave us enough time to clean the space ourselves with whatever we could find. However, this was stressful and far from the experience we expected when booking a professional venue. This lack of hygiene and communication seriously impacted what should have been a positive experience.
