Ik mis tussen deze vragen nog: het interieur en de sfeer. Die zijn ju… more Ik mis tussen deze vragen nog: het interieur en de sfeer. Die zijn juist zo onderscheidend voor de Plek. Verder vind ik termen als Gastvrijheid te breed. Dat kan zijn of iemand je gedag zegt als je binnenkomt, maar ook of die persoon ervoor zorgt dat je goed geholpen wordt. Hetzelfde bij koffie/thee. Gaat het erom dat het er überhaupt is? Of gaat het om de smaak? Voor mijn gevoel krijg je zo geen compleet beeld met de reacties van deze enquête. Bovendien is het ook een verschil of iemand iedere dag op de Plek werkt of er een keer is langs geweest. Die vraag zou ik zeker opnemen... Verder heb ik het erg naar mijn zin op de Plek :-) Groetjes, Raffaella Groetjes, Raffaella
